As a Business Development Manager, Mike is new to the insurance industry but brings a strong drive to succeed and a proven track record from elite professional sport. Having played rugby at the highest level, including representing the All Blacks and competing overseas for many years, he understands the importance of preparation, discipline, and teamwork in achieving long-term success.
Mike is focused on building strong, genuine relationships and adding value through commitment, consistency, and a results-driven mindset. He approaches every partnership with the same dedication that defined his sporting career.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, getting out on the water fishing, and playing a round of golf whenever he can.
