During the claims process, you will have access to a dedicated claims representative who will guide you through each step. They will be your point of contact for any questions or concerns you may have.

Here's how it works:
Step 1: Complete Claim Form
Download and complete the relevant claims form. This is where you describe what you’re claiming for, including proof of the incident (such as photos or a police report), and any receipts or estimates related to your claim.
Having these documents ready will help streamline the process and minimise delays.
Step 2: Claim Review
After you’ve submitted your form, we’ll review your claim to ensure all necessary information is included, and get to work finding a resolution.
Some claims are relatively straight forward and can be processed almost straight away, while others may take a bit more time to work through. We’ll keep you posted every step of the way so you know where your claim is in the process.
Step 3: Follow Up and Resolution
After you’ve submitted your form, we’ll review your claim to ensure all necessary information is included, and get to work finding a resolution.

Step 4: Finalisationution
Once a resolution has been reached and all necessary steps have been taken, we’ll finalise your claim and close the file.
